Chief Executive Officer - Mr Garry Keeffe

The CEO is responsible for the overall operations and management of the Shire, receiving direction from the Council. All correspondence is to be addressed to the CEO. The CEO can be contacted directly via email at ceo@northampton.wa.gov.au and after hours on 9934 1080.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer - Mr Jamie Criddle

The Deputy CEO is responsible for the financial operations of the Council and supervision of all administration and library staff. Principal Planner - Mrs Hayley Williams

The Principal Planner is responsible for the implementation and amendments of Town Planning Schemes, the planner deals with the usage of land. The Planner is based in the Northampton Office and visits Kalbarri by appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting the Kalbarri Office on 9937 1097. Building Surveyor - Mr Glenn Bangay

The Building Surveyor is responsible for the implementation of the Building Code of Australia and all associated regulations. The Building Surveyor is based in the Kalbarri office, however he visits Northampton every Tuesday and Friday, with the exception of the week Council meetings are held when he visits Northampton on a Thursday rather than a Friday. Council meetings are held every third Friday of the month. Further information regarding building issues can be found under the Building Section. Environmental Health Officer- Tom Lachlan

The Environmental Health Officer is responsible for the implementation of the Health Act and all associated regulations. The Environmental Health Officer is based in the Northampton office three days per week and Kalbarri two days per week. Manager of Works and Technical Services - Mr Neil Broadhurst

The Manager of Works and Technical Services is responsible for all road construction, maintenance, parks and gardens and the supervision of all works staff.
