Council meetings for 2009 are to be held on the dates provided below. Minutes will be posted to the website within a week after the Council meeting but they are not confirmed until the following Council meeting.

The meetings commence at 1.00pm with 15 minutes question time at the commencement of the meeting for members of public to ask questions.

Should there be any change to the dates or times this will be advertised. Should Council hold a Special Meeting of Council these meetings will also be advertised as will the purpose of the Special Meeting.
