Horrocks Beach Blocks up for Auction Feb/March 2008

Council has completed Stage 2 of the Horrocks Beach subdivisions and is now waiting on the issuing of Certificate of Titles. It is anticipated that these blocks will be sold by auction Feb/March 2008. Interested buyers are urged to contact Ray White – Kalbarri to register there interest on 99371700. 13 lots will be auctioned with sizes ranging from 569m² to 2600m² and a condition of purchase is that the land must have a dwelling build on it within 5 years.
