Shire of Northampton - Strategic Plan 2009-2019

The Shire of Northampton Strategic Plan 2009-2019 has been developed through consultation with the broader community, Councillors and Shire employees.

The Strategic Plan sets out a vision, mission and corporate values for the Shire of Northampton. The purpose of the Strategic Plan is to provide a pathway forward, by providing a better understanding of the external and internal economic environment and a common direction to connect Council and the community.

The Strategic Plan contains five key operational areas- Economic, Environment, Infrastructure, Social/Community and Organisational/Governance. These operational areas contain a range of objectives and strategies that Council will be working collectively with the community and its employees to achieve.
