There are a number of public halls scattered throughout the Shire, including a meeting room in Kalbarri at the Allen Centre. The rural halls are now managed by the respective progress associations operating in the area. All bookings are made direct with the progress associations.

The Ajana Hall is located approximately 3km from the Kalbarri-Ajana turnoff, on the south side of the road. Bookings can be made with:

The Allen Centre is located on Grey Street, Kalbarri. The Kalbarri branch of the Shire Office, including the library, and the Kalbarri Tourist Bureau operate from the Allen Centre. At the rear of the building is a meeting room available for hire.

All bookings can be made by calling the Kalbarri Office on 9937 1097. Generally functions and commercial operations are not permitted to be held in the meeting room, application would need to be made to Council.
The Alma Hall is the old Alma school and is recognized for its heritage value and is contained on the Heritage Council of WA State Register of Heritage Places. The hall is located on Rob Road less than 1km from the intersection of Rob Road and the North West Coastal Highway. The cost to hire the Alma Hall is $20.00 and bookings can be made with:

The Binnu Hall is located on the North West Coastal Highway opposite the Binnu CBH Grain Storage Facility and adjacent to the Binnu Store. The cost to hire the hall is $50.00 and bookings can be made with:

The Binnu Hall Committee is in the process of planning a new building which will replace the existing hall. The new building will be used for functions, and to accommodate a variety of community and sporting groups within Binnu.
Port Gregory Hall
The Port Gregory Hall is located in Port Gregory. Hall hire includes the use of kitchen and BBQ facilities. The cost to hire the hall is $100 and bookings can be made with:

The RSL Hall is located in Northampton on the corner of Hampton Road and Essex Street. The hall can be hired for meetings or function and bookings can be made by contacting the Northampton Office on 9934 1202.
